NEW YORK CITY-Brightroll, a tech company based in San Francisco, has signed an expansion lease deal for 6,267 square feet of space at 295 Madison Ave. located at East 41st Street. The asking rent for the space was $48 per square foot.
In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Loren Biller and Elliot Warren from the Kaufman Organization, while the owner was represented by Ethan Silverstein from Cushman and Wakefield. The ownership will construct the new space. For the full story, go to New York Post.
