PALM BEACH, FL-Continental Real Estate Companies has closed the sale of an apartment complex in Riviera Beach. A Miami-based private owner and operator has sold Seabreeze Harbor Apartment Homes, a 520-unit, 412,112-square-foot complex at 2304 North Congress Ave., for $14,980,000.
The complex, which comprises 37 low-rise buildings, was nearly 50% occupied when the property was sold. Peter Mekras from CREC negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
