NEW YORK CITY-Desigual's has opened a new store at 958 Sixth Ave. The firm has leased the five-story, 6,000-square-foot building at 36th Street from Jack Terzi of JTRE, who owns the property.
This is the third Manhattan store for Desigual's, with one on West 34th Street and another in SoHo. Asking rent for the building was $750,000 per year. The owner carried out the triple net transaction in-house. For the full story, go to New York Post.
