CHICAGO-Ted Mazola is fighting in the court with the Illinois Medical District and his lender over a 27,000-square-foot office building situated on the Near West Side. According to a charge filed by Leaders Bank, a venture headed by Mazola has not made a monthly payment on a loan of $1 million on 1300 S. Paulina St. since April
