BOSTON-The Asian Community Development Corp. and New Boston Fund Inc. are planning to scale-down their proposed plans for Parcel 24 residential development on Kneeland Street in Chinatown. The revised plan for the project will be presented to the board of Boston Redevelopment Authority.

The new blueprint of Parcel 24 will include 345 housing units. According to preliminary filings, the new plan will provide about 95 affordable and 200 market-rate rental units and nearly 50 affordable condos.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
