ATLANTA-Westchester, Illinois-based Tri-Land Properties Inc. has started the redevelopment project for The Crossings at Four Corners, a shopping center at Concord Road and South Cobb Drive in Smyrna, Georgia. A new Kroger store measuring 96,000 square feet will be constructed on the eight-acre project.

The redevelopment project will also include the renovation of a 60,000-square-foot retail space and a 25,000-square-foot pad for a tenant. The project will increase the space of the center from 153,000 square feet to 230,000 square feet.For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle.
