KEY WEST, FL-SIKON Construction from Deerfield Beach has started construction of Florida Keys Community College Student Housing Facility situated in Key West. The company has signed a $4.8-million deal with Student Suites South Florida LLC to construct the new 100-bed, 43,000-square-foot student housing facility.

The three-story development will be the first student housing for FKCC. The project, designed by St. Petersburg-based Hayes Cumming Architects, is expected to be completed by August 2011.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
