WASHINGTON, DC-A mixed-use redevelopment plan of Akridge has been approved by the Falls Church City Council and Planning Commission. The Falls Church Gateway project, situated near the East Falls Church Metro station, will include office space measuring 83,000 square feet and a multifamily building consisting of 200 units.
