AMB Property Buys 91,000-SF Facility for $5M

MIAMI-Capital Commercial Group has negotiated the sale of a 91,000-square-foot facility in Miami.

MIAMI-Capital Commercial Group has negotiated the sale of a 91,000-square-foot facility in Miami. AMB Property Corp. has purchased the facility situated at 11380 N.E. 34th St. in Doral from American Tire for an amount of $5.2 million.

The Doral property was previously a tire distribution center. American Tire was able to close the transaction with AMB as a result of their existing association as their landowner in California. Jeff Hartsook and Ernesto Casal of Capital Commercial Group brokered the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
