TAMPA, FL-Calkain Companies has closed the sale of two net-leased medical office buildings. A local limited partnership has bought the 2,972-square-foot property at 8136 Tuscany Way in Austin, Texas for $1,4 million.
Rutledge Realty Inc. has bought the dental facility at 3004 North Main St. in Anderson, South Carolina from a private investor. Both facilities were functioning under the trademark Affordable Dentures by Affordable Care Industries. Calkain Realty Advisors' Patrick Nutt negotiated both the deals on behalf of the seller.
