PHILADELPHIA-Caring People Alliance is moving from the Sterling at 1815 John F. Kennedy Blvd. situated in Center City to a new facility at 1628 JFK. The organization has inked a lease for 10 years for 8,100 square feet of space at 8 Penn Center located at 1628 JFK.

Caring People Alliance is planning to move into the new location in May. In the transaction, the tenant was represented by Colliers International, and the landlord was represented by M.S. Fox Real Estate. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal.
