BOYNTON BEACH, FL-CB Richard Ellis has completed an outparcel sale in Boynton Beach. L H Boynton Bank Building, LLC has acquired the 0.94-acre parcel at 9909 Hagen Ranch Road for an amount of $4,4 million.
The acquired parcel houses a new SunTrust Bank branch measuring 3,798 square feet. The land was subject to a ground lease for 20 years with SunTrust Bank.
