WASHINGTON, DC-Clark Construction Group LLC has finished construction of The JBG Companies' North Bethesda Market, a mixed-use development that spans 1.2 million square feet on Rockville Pike in Montgomery County. The $166-million project includes a landscaped plaza and apartments.
Market East, the 24-story residential tower, comprises 189 apartments, while the Market West building comprises 210 apartments. Market West's ground-floor space, which measures 63,000 square feet, houses Whole Foods. There is also a 36,000-square-foot retail building next to the two residential towers.
