SANTA ROSA, CA- San Francisco-based Presidio Development Partners and Newport Beach-based Appian Capital have purchased the Parkpoint Business Center located in Santa Rosa from CW Capital, a lender providing loan services. The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.
CW Capital foreclosed the Parkpoint Business Center in June 2010. The center is a 70,000-square-foot office complex comprises five buildings. The center is 60% occupied. For the full story, go to Orange County Register.
