CINCINNATI-A joint venture between Smith/Hallemann Partners and a fund managed by Harbert Management Corp. has purchased five office properties totaling about 1 million square feet from Duke Realty Corp. Financial terms of the deals were not revealed.
Among the properties, two are Class A office buildings located in Cincinnati and the remaining three are Class A suburban towers located in Nashville, Tennessee. Cassidy Turley's Cincinnati office and Nashville office represented the respective deals.For the full story, go to Business Courier.
