
JACKSONVILLE, FL-Modis Building's lender Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Co., has moved the building to CW Capital Asset Management, specialist in defaulted loans.
This move is a consequence of the building's tenant MPS Group Inc.'s lease expiry in April 2011. MPS Group has occupied nearly 17.7% of the building.
