PITTSBURGH-Millcraft Industries has proposed a $60 million redevelopment project called The Gardens at the Urban Redevelopment Authority's monthly board meeting.
The project comprises 25,000-square-foot street-level retail and a 310-vehicle parking lot directly above the retail building. It also includes a high-end limited service hotel and a 120,000-square-foot office area. The Urban Redevelopment Authority is the owner of the properties in the Forbes Avenue. The URA board has extended the negotiating period to trade to the properties to Millcraft. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times.
