MAITLAND, FL-Nemours has signed a 7,099-square-foot lease at La Vina Marketplace where it has already leased 5,246 square feet on the first floor for its Nemours Children's Hospital Preview Center.

MAITLAND, FL-Nemours has signed a 7,099-square-foot lease at La Vina Marketplace where it has already leased 5,246 square feet on the first floor for its Nemours Children's Hospital Preview Center.

Nemours will occupy the second floor suites A206, 202, 201 and 200 of La Vina Marketplace located in 9145 Narcoossee Road in southeast Orlando. In the deal, Mickey Hage of Mickey Hage, Inc. represented the tenant, while Mary Frances West of NAI Realvest represented the owner, Ripley's International LLC.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
