WASHINGTON, DC-Proposed plans for a mixed-use project near the MARC station located at Bowie State University is moving forward. The Prince George's County Council has decided to form an advisory board that will offer guidance for developing and financing the multi-faceted project.
State and county agencies and institutions are involved in the development of city-owned, 219-acre plot off state Route 197.
