NEW YORK CITY-At a forum Wednesday night sponsored by Columbia University, Related Cos. CEO Stephen Ross said he’s confident that the company will be able to lease up 3.5 million square feet of commercial space, about one-quarter of the total, at its Hudson Yards redevelopment by the end of this year. The 26-acre mixed-use project has yet to sign its first tenant.
