REVERE, MA-Woburn-based The Dolben Co. Inc. has purchased the Northgate Apartments for $19.1 million from Winn Residential, a unit of Boston-based Winn Companies. Apartment Realty Advisors based in Atlanta negotiated the deal.
Winn Residential bought the apartment complex comprising 215 units situated at 237 Lantern Road in Revere in 2005 for $17.5 million. Bank of America financed $16.8 million loan for the deal.For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
