HOUSTON-A privately owned gas and oil company, Alta Mesa Holdings has inked a 41,307-square-foot lease to house its headquarters in Energy Crossing 1 located at 15021 Katy Freeway in Houston.

HOUSTON-A privately owned gas and oil company, Alta Mesa Holdings has inked a 41,307-square-foot lease to house its headquarters in Energy Crossing 1 located at 15021 Katy Freeway in Houston.

TR Energy Crossing Corp. is the owner of the six-floor, 239,168-square-foot tower, which is now 37% leased. In the deal, Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Management Co. represented the tenant, while Kevin Wyatt of Lincoln Property Co. negotiated on behalf of the owner.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
