SANTA ANA, CA-City Ventures LLC has commenced construction of the second phase of a 16-unit condo project in Santa Ana.

SANTA ANA, CA-City Ventures LLC has commenced construction of the second phase of a 16-unit condo project in Santa Ana.

The eight condominium units in the second phase will have a size range of 1,500 to 2,400 square feet with a price range of $300,000 to $400,000. The estimated cost of investment required for the project is $5 million and is expected to be completed in mid of 2011.
