MILWAUKEE-A Milwaukee County Circuit Court has approved the foreclosure of a four-floor empty office building located at 408 E. Wells Street in Milwaukee in February 9, 2011.
The building measuring approximately 49,000 square feet is valued at $1.77 million. Wells Fargo Bank N.A. filed the foreclosure suit in March 2010 accusing Milwaukee Wells Building Co. failed to repay its $2.1 million loan on the office building.
