IRVINE, CA-Automotive testing equipment manufacturer, Equus Products Inc. has purchased a building spanning 95,000 square feet located at 17352 Von Karman Avenue in Irvine for $8.5 million.
Equus will relocate its headquarters to the new location from Fountain Valley. The building will also accommodate distribution, warehousing, and research and development facilities. In the deal, Voit Real Estate Services negotiated on behalf of the buyer, while Daum Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
