IRVINE, CA-Faris Lee Investments, a retail realty broker located in Irvine, has recently commenced the court-administered sale of 13 former Mervyns stores totaling over 1 million square feet in Southern California and Arizona.
Among those stores, four buildings totaling nearly 320,000 square feet are in the Orange County area, including Fullerton, Anaheim, Garden Grove and Foothill Ranch. In September 2010, Burlington Coat Factory occupied the 83,731-square-foot Garden Grove building.
