HOUSTON-Koch Properties/GP has extended and expanded its lease to 39,149 square feet at 20 E. Greenway Plaza in Houston, Texas. Koch Supply & Trading is the occupant of the space. Principal Real Estate Investors is the owner of the building.

In the deal, Monte Calvert of Transwestern negotiated on behalf of the owner, while Mona Williams and Jim Arket of Grubb & Ellis Co. negotiated on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
