HOUSTON-Powers Industries Group has extended its distribution/warehouse lease measuring 15,570 square feet in the Claymoore Business Park situated at 10801 Moss Ridge Road in Houston, Texas.

HOUSTON-Powers Industries Group has extended its distribution/warehouse lease measuring 15,570 square feet in the Claymoore Business Park situated at 10801 Moss Ridge Road in Houston, Texas.

Claymoore III is the owner of the industrial park. In the deal, Brian Gammil of Transwestern negotiated on behalf of the owner, while George Jones of CB Richard Ellis negotiated on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
