WAUWATOSA, WI-Legal firm, Stafford Rosenbaum LLP has signed a 5,500-square-foot lease with Wangard Partners Inc. in the High Pointe Office Center to relocated its office from Brookfield. The 127,000-square-foot office complex is located at 1200 N. Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa and is over 90% occupied.
