IRVINE, CA-Ubiquity Broadcasting Corp. has signed a leasing agreement to occupy 23,450 square feet for research and development at 9801 Research Drive in Irvine, California for an undisclosed amount.

IRVINE, CA-Ubiquity Broadcasting Corp. has signed a leasing agreement to occupy 23,450 square feet for research and development at 9801 Research Drive in Irvine, California for an undisclosed amount.

Avant Garde Properties is the owner of the property. In the deal, Brett Swartzbaugh and Don Yahn of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the tenant, while John Desper of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the owner.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
