IRVINE, CA-Xenon Inc. has inked a lease for 4,886 square feet in an industrial building located at 2146 Michelson Drive in Irvine, California. However, terms of the deal were not revealed.

In the deal, Jeff Gahagan and Chuck Hardy of Lee & Associates negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while Kathie Wadsworth of Olen Commercial Realty represented the owner, Olen Commercial Realty Corp.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
