ORLANDO-American Commercial Realty Corp. has announced that it has closed two leasing deals at the Regency Village Orlando.
In the first deal, existing lessee, Sony Expo has expanded by 1200 square feet. The asking rent for the deal was $27 per square foot with NNN of $6.72 per square foot. In the second deal, Singing Sam's has leased 1,200 square feet.
