SAN DIEGO-Integrated DNA Technologies Inc. has inked a 17,000-square-foot lease with BioMed Realty Trust Inc. at 6828 Nancy Ridge Drive in San Diego for 126 months for over $4 million.

SAN DIEGO-Integrated DNA Technologies Inc. has inked a 17,000-square-foot lease with BioMed Realty Trust Inc. at 6828 Nancy Ridge Drive in San Diego for 126 months for over $4 million.

Integrated DNA will house its West Coast operations in the new location. Scot Ginsburg and Brian Cooper of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while its Grant Shoneman and Chad Urie represented the owner.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
