
NEW YORK CITY-Goldman Sachs is subleasing its 77 Water Street space to Capco, a technology consultancy firm.
As per the deal, Capco will occupy the tower's entire 11th and 10th floors totaling 48,706 square feet for an undisclosed sum. The company will shift to the new location by July 2011. In the deal, CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, while Cushman & Wakefield negotiated on behalf of the sub landlord.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
