
BOSTON-Catamount Westland LLC, a firm located at 6 Kimball Lane in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, has presented a development proposal for the approval of the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA).
According to the plan, a 300-vehicle parking lot located at 41 Westland Avenue in the Fenway neighborhood of Boston will be converted into a condominium development spanning 67,000 square feet.
