MIRAMAR, FL-Sunbeam Properties has closed two lease renewals at the Miramar Park of Commerce in Miramar, Florida.

MIRAMAR, FL-Sunbeam Properties has closed two lease renewals at the Miramar Park of Commerce in Miramar, Florida.

ProCare, a tenant at the park for over seven years, has extended its lease for 9,650 square feet in MPC-3A. Sim2, an occupant at the park for 12 years, has extended its lease for 7,945 square feet in MPC-1 for another three years.
