NEW YORK CITY-Turkish Airlines has inked a 5,863-square-foot lease on the 75th floor of the Empire State Building.

The company will move to the new location from Westbury, New York, in this month. In the transaction, Ryan Kass, Lauren Davidson and William Cohen of Newmark Knight Frank negotiated on behalf of the owner, W&H Properties, while Tina Duryea and Albert Duryea of ITRA/New York Realty Group negotiated on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
