ORLANDO-Canada-based Vista Group of Companies has acquired ChampionsGate for an unrevealed amount.
The 44,605-square-foot, three-floor office tower is situated at 8390 ChampionsGate Blvd. in ChampionsGate. The building is over 71% occupied. Bret Felberg and Joe Rossi of Grubb & Ellis Company's Investment Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller, Rosemont Realty.
