LONG ISLAND CITY, NY-New Sensor Corp. has leased 90,000 square feet at 55-01 Second St. in Long Island City for five years. The asking rent for the lease was $15 per square foot.
In the leased space, the company will house its warehouse in 63,000 square feet and the remaining 27,000 square feet will be used as its office.
