SAN DIEGO-Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. based in Bethesda has agreed to purchase the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego for $570 million.
The waterfront hotel comprising 1,625 rooms is located close to the convention center of San Diego. Host Hotels anticipates closing the deal in March 2011.
