MEMPHIS-Two new tenants landed at the Hobson Building, a 65,092-square-foot office tower located at 5384 Poplar in Memphis.

Merchants and Planters Bank has inked a lease for 1,892 square feet for three years. Churchill Mortgage has leased 1,803 square feet for three years. Greg deWitt of Grubb & Ellis/Memphis negotiated the deals on behalf of the owners, Jennifer and Joel Hobson.For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal.
