
WASHINGTON, DC-Cityline Partners has unveiled details of its redevelopment plan for the former Westgate Office Park situated in McLean. The company has filed a rezoning request with Fairfax County for nearly 40 acres on the south and north side of Route 123 for its development that will be known as Scott's Run Station.
The long-term development plans include 9 residential buildings measuring 3.1 million square feet, 11 office buildings measuring 4.9 million square feet, and a 120,000-square-foot retail space and a hotel.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
