
BRANDON, FL-HFF has arranged $38 million in refinancing for The Addison and Courtney Trace Apartments situated in Brandon through Freddie Mac. The company operated on behalf of ContraVest and Case Pomeroy Properties to obtain two seven-year securitized loans.
The Addison is situated at 2516 Annapolis Way, and Courtney Trace Apartments is located at 1131 Courtney Trace Drive. The interest rates for both loans are below 5% and HFF will service the loans through Mac Program Plus Seller/Servicer program.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
