JUPITER, FL-Atlantic Retail Properties has negotiated two new lease deals on behalf of the landlord, Kimco Realty Corporation, at Cross County Plaza, a 357,537-square-foot regional shopping center in West Palm Beach. Footlocker has leased 2,913 square feet and You Fit Health Club has leased 18,000 square feet at the shopping center.
