HOUSTON-BBS Technologies, a software management company based in Houston, is making a deal in three Montrose mansions for space in America Tower. The company has signed a sublease deal with a pipeline company for about 70,000 square feet of space at 2929 Allen Parkway.
BBS Technologies will combine its operations at 110 Avondale, 411 Lovett and 802 Lovett into the leased-space, which spans over three floors. Andy Iverson with Jackson & Cooksey worked along with BBS to find the space.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
