MIAMI BEACH-Transwestern's South Florida office has negotiated a lease renewal deal on behalf of KBS Realty Advisors, the landlord, in Miami Beach.

MIAMI BEACH-Transwestern's South Florida office has negotiated a lease renewal deal on behalf of KBS Realty Advisors, the landlord, in Miami Beach. Warner Music Inc. has renewed its lease for 16,027 square feet of space at 555 Washington Ave.

The four-story building comprises 20,478 square feet of retail space and 43,886 square feet of office space. Walter Robinson, Laurel Oswald and Jennifer Lee of Transwestern represented the landlord, while John Marshall of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
