PITTSBURGH-HFF Inc. is trying to grow its business, and in doing so, recently restructured its leadership team. The new system is made up of a four-person executive committee, while 41 of the firm's professionals head up lines of business, regions of the country and property specialty.
The executive committee is made up of Boston-based John Fowler, Mark Gibson in Dallas, locally based John Pelusi and Jody Thornton in Dallas. Each of them also heads up a line of business.
Significant executive moves include the addition of Gerard Sansosti as head of the Debt Placement & Structured Finance line of business. Sansosti also leads the Washington DC office with Stephen Conley.
Steve Henderson now handles Freddie Mac relations for the firm. Randy Baird will lead industrial-sector efforts. Jason Nettles is in charge of the Atlanta office. Trey Morsbach heads up Dallas operations. Mark Popovich handles the top Pittsburgh duties. Doug Bond is in charge of the Los Angeles office.
