WICHITA, KS-Tom and Mike Boyd, the real estate investors, have sold the World Market building to 2011 Ventures LLC, an alliance handled by Brian Suellentrop. The building measures 18,000 square feet.
The World Market building, built in 2005, is situated at the Regency Lakes shopping center near Greenwich Road and 21st Street North in east Wichita. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
