ARLINGTON, VA-Marriott International has opened Residence Inn Arlington Capital View, a 325-suite hotel, and Renaissance Arlington Capital View, a 300-room hotel, in Crystal City. The company took more than two years to finish the side-by-side properties, the LEED-certified hotels in Arlington.
The JBG Cos. of Chevy Chase, the owner and developer, did not reveal the cost of construction, but it received $128.7 million in financing before construction from a consortium headed by Wells Fargo.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
