THOUSAND OAKS, CA-Building owner Cusumano Real Estate Group has named CB Richard Ellis to market the 200,878-square foot Conejo Corporate Campus, a class A office complex that formerly was the corporate headquarters of Xircom, an Intel company. The CBRE team is composed of Southern California office market experts Nick Gregg, Michael Slater, Tom Dwyer and Dan Cherrie.
CBRE says it will be marketing the now-vacant property for lease to local, regional, national and international corporations through the company's global real estate platform. Located at 2380 and 2400 Conejo Spectrum Dr., the Conejo Corporate Campus includes two, two-story buildings with high-end interiors and exteriors, ample parking, and 50,000-square-foot floor plates, according to the CBRE team.
Says Gregg: "This high-end office campus creates tremendous potential for corporations looking to establish or relocate their headquarters in the Southern California market. The property and location lends itself to a wide range of industries, and we will be targeting a broad group of potential users including companies in the technology, environmental, bio-tech, pharmaceutical, insurance and financial services spaces.”
Both buildings are turn-key and include high-end corporate furnishings. The campus offers building and monument signage, an outdoor break area with exterior patios, a full-service cafeteria and ample retail and hospitality amenities in the area. Also making it a draw for corporate users is the city’s no gross receipt tax, Gregg says.
